Cherry Bourbon BBQ sauce takes Bulldozers themes of fresh and tasty as far as they can go. Like all Bulldozer products, it’s produced by thefamily in their professional kitchen in Victoria’s Yarra Valley using local Australian produce and our 50 years of American BBQ experience. This one is sweet from fresh cherry grown locally as well as NSW. Smoky from a touch of Hickory smoke. Rich from QLD molasses and brown sugar. All blended with spices, quality American bourbon and tomatoes grown along the Murray River. No corn syrup.If you’re looking for the best quality smoky sweet sauce you can buy, you found it. Try it on your ribs, brisket, pulled pork, chicken, burgers and even pizza.

Punch Drunk isn’t exactly a hot sauce but for a BBQ sauce, it’ll get the attention of the chilli lovers with some cayenne and habanero in the mix. If you love a good whack of chilli with your BBQ, you’ve found your sauce. We’re not messing around when we hand craft this sauce. – Not your usual dud “spicy” bbq sauce.
But heat is not even what the sauce is really about. Flavour is the aim. And it’s got a nice tropical flavour in there that pairs great with pork, chicken, burgers.. even seafood and veg. It’s a fresh tomato base but there’s tons of pineapple and mango, with a little extra citrus to make it interesting. And finally a splash of Aussie rum to spike that punch! Can a BBQ sauce be refreshing?

Oh Ale Yes is inspired by several different styles of sauces from the US states of North and South Carolina. (no – it doesn’t contain that Reaper chilli!, this is a mild sauce.)
The flavour on this one focuses on a malty zingy-ness. This part of the US loves a tangy sauce to pour over their pulled pork and “pig pickins” but we love the way ths sauce works to cut through and balance a fatty brisket as well.
This has a cider vinegar and mustard flavour base and then an added touch of tomato, a pinch of spices and chilli flakes (not many) and a fair whack of locally crafted ale! This rounds out the tang with a rich, malt tinged undercurrent that’s just so nice on so many things. As mentioned, it’s fantastic on the usual pork ribs and butt… but works well as a brisket alternative. And wings! Oh man, try these with some crisped up chicken wings with that little extra beer flavour hit and you may never go back to Buffalo wings.
