Generously spread kalamata & roasted garlic tapenade on a pizza base, foccacia or ciabbata roll, crumble fetta cheese on top, add some thinly sliced red onions, a drizzle of olive oil and top with a handful of spinach leaves. Bake until lightly golden brown.
